Education
2018-2022
Bachelor of Arts: Theater Arts
Rollins College
At Rollins, I studied Theater Arts with an emphasis in Musical Theatre. Prior to arriving at college, I was awarded the Priscilla Parker Theatre Scholarship for musical theatre, which is only awarded to a few students on an audition and interview basis. Priscilla Scholarship holders are leaders in the department and often step up to fill crew head positions and leading roles in productions. I was also awarded the Thomas G. Wells Award for excellence in technical theatre in my senior year.
While I was a musical theatre emphasis, as a Priscilla, I was required to participate in every production on the main stage. Because of this, I have served on electrics crews, paint crews, wardrobe run crews (as the crew-head), and several costume build crews (twice as crew head). For more information on my skills and classes I have taken, view my full theatre resume above.
2014-2018
Tavares High School
I graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2018. While in high school, I participated in many drama club and theater department classes and shows. My favorite roles included, Cinderella in Rodger’s and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Belle in Beauty and the Beast Jr., Draco in A Very Potter Musical, and Ursula in The Little Mermaid Jr.
I also costume designed for both Beauty and the Beast and Little Mermaid. I also served as the choir president in my senior year.
I performed in youth theatre from the ages of 6 to 18. Some of my favorite roles were Millie in Thoroughly Modern Millie Jr., Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast Jr., Marian in The Music Man Jr., and Fiona in Shrek: The Musical Jr. When I was in high school, I also began choreographing and teaching workshops for my youth theatre.
